Aldi’s Eggs (estimated around $1
per dozen)
1.
Cook Potatoes as directed on
package.
2.
In a bowl, scramble 3 eggs per person. Add salt, pepper, and
garlic powder if desired.
3.
Lightly spray skillet, and heat on medium heat. Add some of the
scrambled egg solution into the skillet. While still runny, add some ham and
cheese. You may also decide to add other things like left over diced onions and
peppers from the other recipes.
4.
When the egg has turned more solid, fold the egg into a
semi-circle. Then cook until runniness is gone.
5.
Serve with potatoes.

Season London broil with a pinch each of salt, pepper, minced
garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
2.
Pre heat oven to 375° and bake for 20 minutes or until
145° internally (medium well). Let rest for 10 minutes and then
slice into strips.
3.
Wash potatoes, sprinkle with salt, and then bake at 400° for about an
hour (until tender).

Minced garlic, Cumin, and Chili Powder
1.
Dice ½ of an onion.
2.
Then add the onion, 2 tbls. minced garlic, and 2 lbs. ground
beef into a skillet and cook until beef is almost done. Drain grease and then
add seasoning packet from taco kit plus 1 tbls. of cumin and chili powder. Then
finish cooking.
3.
Fill taco shells with meat and place on sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
4.
Top with cheese and avocado, diced onions and tomatoes.

Mix 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water, 1 tsp. minced garlic, ½ of a tomato
(diced), ½ of an onion (diced), 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, a pinch
of salt and pepper, and ¼ of each pepper diced. Bring to a
boil and cover with a lid, and then turn off and let sit for 20 minutes.

Peel and de-vein shrimp.
2.
Mix hush puppies according to directions and then add in shrimp.
3.
Pour a ½ inch of oil into a skillet and
heat over medium heat. Use a tablespoon to drop spoonful of croquet mix in hot
oil. Brown on both sides.

Dice eggplant, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and squash.
5.
Sauté in 2 tbls. oil and 1 tbls. of minced garlic for 2 minutes.
6. Cover with lid
and let steam until eggplant is tender.

Destem, pit, and dice the cherries along with the peaches.
2.
Marinate pork loin in cherry and peach mixture. Add 2 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. black pepper, and 1 tsp. of rosemary overnight.
3.
Prepare potatoes and broccoli according to directions.
4.
Heat pork loin in the oven at 350° until it
reaches the internal temperature of 155° (about 40 minutes).
