Old Bay Seasoning

Wash potatoes and pre heat
oven to 450.
2.
Place potatoes on baking
tray. Poke each potato with fork and place in oven until baked and is light and
fluffy.
3.
Peel and seed cucumber, then
dice.
4.
Dice tomatoes and add to
cucumber.
5.
Dice ½ of the green pepper
in small pieces.
6.
Toss tomatoes, cucumber, green
pepper, garlic, a squeeze of lemon and lime together.
7.
Add minced avocados to the
mixture. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8.
Change the oven temperature to
325.
9.
Season salmon with Old Bay
Seasoning and bake at 325 until light and flakey. (less than 10 minutes
usually)
10.
Top salmon with salsa.

Minced garlic
1.
Season chicken breast with
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Bake at 350 degrees until
the internal temp is at 165 degrees.
2.
Cook pasta according to
directions. Drain. Return to pot.
3.
Add Alfredo sauce to pot. Stir
gently and warm slowly.
4.
Slice chicken breast and add
to pasta as you are serving.
5.
Toss salad together with dressing.
